Caring for your Earth Bottle

 Thank you for choosing to make a change for our planet by purchasing your Earth Bottle.

Please wash your Earth Bottle in warm soapy water, or wash out with a small amount of white vinegar and bicarb soda if it is getting a bit stinky.  Store with the lid off.   We love to use import ants coconut fibre bottle brushes. 

If you have harder water,  brown marks (which can look like rust) may appear on the bottle.  THESE ARE NOT RUST.  Simply fill your Earth Bottles with boiling water and sit to cool.  Wipe out with bottle brush or cloth if you can reach it and brown marks should wipe straight off.  

Earth bottles are coated in a non toxic paint that can scratch or peel if not treated with love and tenderness so be kind and she will be with you a lifetime. 

DO NOT put Earth Bottles in the dishwasher or freezer.

Earth Bottles have a vacuum seal, they are designed to keep water cold for 24 hours and liquids warm for up to 12 hours.

Earth Bottles do not need to go in the fridge. Fill your Earth Bottle with cold water, and it will stay cold for 24 hours all by itself!

When putting warm liquids in your Earth Bottle, please ensure it is at drinking temperature, as boiling water WILL stay boiling. Always take care when using your Earth Bottle for warm drinks by testing the temperature before consuming.
